Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client, a highly regarded financial services organisation, based across two city centre office locations offering assignments ranging from 4 to 6 months with the strong potential of becoming permanent. Commencing from the beginning of February to assist the business with a busy period, our client is looking for candidates with customer service and administration experience. The key focus will include being responsible for inbound/outbound calls, processing of applications, building strong working relations and identifying/resolving problems. Our client is looking for skilled customer service representatives who are passionate about providing a high level of customer service, are numerate, process driven, have a high attention to detail and keen on working in the financial services sector. In return our client offers stunning offices, great working environment, full training, a competitive hourly rate and a 35 hour working week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
