Job title: Part-time Finance Assistant

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Hours: negotiable – likely to be c20-22 hours a week

Days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday


Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to undertake a range of finance processes which contribute to our invoicing, reconciliations and month-end processes. 


Key responsibilities:


  • Acting as a key point of interface with the Shared Service Finance team
  • Processing of timesheets and invoices received from contractors working via Meraki
  • Processing of payroll on a weekly basis for interim workers
  • Managing any queries received from consultants or interim workers
  • Managing permanent placement process, ensure it is booked correctly on our system with correct invoicing details and PO’s if required
  • Weekly reconciliation of booked vs actual revenue to contribute to efficient forecasting and month end processes


Key skills

  • Experience in a Finance Assistant role
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Good communication skills, both writer and verbal
  • Confident talking to suppliers, consultants and interim workers on the telephone
