Established in 2015, we have grown organically to over thirty staff and have further growth plans throughout the year. We serve a diverse range of clients which includes Financial and Professional Services firms as well as a range of clients in the Commerce and Industry sector. 2019 has been a pivotal year for us with fifteen new hires joining our business including several senior leadership figures joining from larger competitors.
Until April 2019 our Accountancy & Finance team has focussed exclusively on meeting the needs of our clients in the Financial & Professional Services area, however with the hiring of an experienced A&F Director in Edinburgh and a well respect Senior Manager in Glasgow, we are looking to further develop our presence within Commerce & Industry also.
All of our roles are 360. You be responsible for developing and establishing new business relationships as well as building a network of talented tech candidates. You will work closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts whilst also benefitting from the existing large client base we have. We aren’t a KPI’s driven business, but we are an outcome driven one and you will be accountable and responsible for setting and meeting weekly objectives. We also encourage our people to build their own personal brand within our brand, which will be achieved through active networking, producing blogs and content and effective use of social media.
