Our client, a leading global financial services business, is actively looking for a Service Delivery / Incident Man. Technical Change Manager to work within their team. The Service Delivery / Incident Man. Technical Change Manager will own the Small Change Management program for the business area, responsible for the delivery of trouble-free changes. The Service Delivery / Incident Man. Technical Change Manager will work with various technical and application leads to align their activities with the change management. The candidate is expected to have solid knowledge and experience in all parts of the IT delivery life cycle. This role would suit an experienced Service Delivery or Incident Management managerial level professional, used to implementing change, looking for a purely change focused appointment. (N.B. This is not a traditional Project Manager or Change Manager role!)
