Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a well-established organisation based in West Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a varied administration role which sits within an established friendly team. The core responsibilities of this role include administration duties, taking general enquiry calls from existing and potential clients and assisting with all other administration duties. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. 

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Answering calls from existing and potential clients with general queries
  • Providing full administration support
  • Email management
  • Ensuring database is always kept accurately updated
  • Compiling information/data for the team and producing reports
  • Supporting with all other ad hoc administration tasks as and when required

 Background of the Administrator:

  • Up to date administration experience gained within a corporate environment - essential  
  • Excellent phone manner - essential 
  • Demonstratable customer service skills - essential 
  • Highly organised - essential 
  • Team player - essential 
  • Competent user of MS Office Suite - essential  
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - essential
