Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our reputable client on a permanent basis. Currently we are recruiting for an Administrator to support their projects and service department.

You can expect to join a supportive team where you will receive excellent training. The ideal candidate will have an excellent attitude in addition to experience in an all-round administration role.


Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Assist in transferring completed project file information
  • Liaise with the service team to maintain effective service administration cover
  • Produce sales invoices, project applications and valuations
  • Assist with post project cost reports and project reconciliation
  • Produce Project files with documentation provided from the sales department
  • Produce ‘supply only’ job files
  • Monitor status of live project files
  • Ordering equipment to for installation schedules
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels
  • Assist with producing management reports for the operations Department
  • Liaise with customers (staff and clients) at all levels
  • Check project and Site files for compliance standards
  • Production of in-house and customer documentation
  • Producing operating and maintenance manuals
  • Project/Installation timesheets
  • Organise travel arrangements for staff
  • Production of Health and Safety documentation required for compliance with client expectations


Background of the Administrator:

  • Full UK driving licence – essential
