Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:

  • Running Credit Checks
  • Data input
  • Arranging Finance
  • Updating customer records
  • Managing sales inbox
  • General admin duties

Background of the Administration Assistant:

  • Prior office administration experience gained within a corporate environment
  • Expert experience of MS Office Suite
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
