Meraki Talent’s leading Global Financial Services client is shortlisting for an administrator to join their team in Dundee. The Senior Administrator will sit within the middle office function of the business. The team pride themselves on exceptional client service and provide services to including start of day positions, treasury management, cash forecasting and providing updates on investable balances. This support includes Client Reporting, Corporate Actions, Income, Reconciliations, Trade Processing and Treasury.
Responsibilities of the Administrator (Financial Services):
-Provision of excellent service to external clients and internal middle office functions
-Provision of support to clients start of day position, investable balances information and cash forecasting
-Work within the team to identify process improvement opportunities and enhanced service delivery
-Strive to maintain excellent relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for key clients
Background of the Administrator (Financial Services):
-Demonstrable experience within an Investments/Asset Servicing environment
-Strong knowledge of cash management within Investments and preferably accounting processes
-Experience working within a senior or team lead capacity, desirable
-Passion for service delivery and building strong and lasting relationships
