Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator on a week to week temporary basis on behalf of our client, a highly regarded organisation based in the city centre.  This role will be most suited to a candidate who has administration experience gained within an international company and accustomed to providing team level support.  In the main, the Administrator will provide support to several managers and the wider team on a daily basis.  

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Diary management 
  • Organising UK & International travel, accommodation, travel visas and producing detailed travel itineraries
  • Organise internal/external meetings
  • Coordinate the production of client presentations
  • Production of correspondence, emails and reports
  • Processing all expenses, invoices and raising purchase order numbers
  • Providing support to projects as and when requested
  • Assisting with all ad hoc administration tasks as they arise

Background of the Administrator:

  • Recent and up to date administration experience 
  • Experience in organising meetings/global travel 
  • Diary management experience 
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Experience of attending meetings and taking minutes/notes
  • Deadline driven
  • Team player
  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
