Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit an Advisory Senior with knowledge of the Asset and Wealth Management sector to join a leading CA firm in Guernsey, The Channel Islands. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong financial services background to develop their career by gaining experience with a busy Financial Services centre within Europe.

Duties of the Advisory Senior

  • Working with a range of financial services clients, specifically focused within the asset and wealth management sector
  • Working on a range of assignments and working as an on-site project team when required
  • Providing advice and assistance to clients regarding the way the operate and innovation and growth potential
  • Providing advice to clients regarding reducing costs and managing risks
  • Work closely with Directors and Partners on a variety of engagements
  • Strengthen client relationships and building new relationships

 
Requirements for the Advisory Senior:

  • 3 years + experience within the asset management sector
  • Previous experience within a public practice firm, ideally Big 4 or Top 10
  • Be an enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
  • Experienced in writing proposals and other aspects of business development
  • Understanding of front, middle and back office processes in fund administration, valuation and LP Reporting, closed-ended fund structures, investment strategies and regulations
