Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join the forensic department of a Big 4 firm in Zurich, Switzerland. You will be responsible for forensic investigations to recover data and reconstruct these as events of financial crime.

Duties and responsibilities of the Forensic Assistant Manager – Data Analytics

  • Working to recover data and processes and reconstruct there as sequences of events of financial crime
  • Be proactive in grasping new technology
  • Research and utilise leading big data, maching learning platforms and other emerging technologies
  • Manage and conduct forensic data acquisition of structured and non-structured data sources and systems such as mobile devices
  • Prepare, perform and manage data analyses, analytic techniques and develop algorithms to assist in proactive, detective and investigative regulatory and compliance projects in the scope of general corporate compliance, risks of fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-trust, etc

 

Background of the Forensic Assistant Manager – Data Analytics

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 5 years+ of consulting experience
  • Fluent in English, good German skills are a plus
  • Experienced in the field of Forensic, Forensic Technologies, Forensic Data Analytics, eDiscovery, Incident Response
  • Extensive experience in data analytics
  • Scripting skills in at least one programming language
  • Knowledge of extraction and analysis of data from ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle Financials
  • Statistical, predictive modelling techniques and unsupervised pattern detection
  • Proficiency with forensic tools such as EnCase, Cellebrite, FTK, etc.
