Meraki Talent’s leading Financial Services client is shortlisting for an Assistant Manager to join their growing team in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. The role sits within the businesses wider TPA Oversight function and will be providing support to the NAV calculation process, ensuring the sign off of accurate fund pricing. This role forms an integral part of the business’ strategy for continued growth, building and developing relationships with third-party service providers and fund managers.


Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager (Investment Operations):

-Provide oversight of the NAV calculation process

-Ensure the timely and accurate production of financial data

-Deliver projects that support the continued development of the department and business

-Build and develop relationships with accounting service providers ensuring compliance with agreed policies


Background of the Assistant Manager (Investment Operations):

-Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial reporting

-Experience working within an Asset Management, Third Party Administration or Fund Platform environment

-Ability to analyse financial data, identify, and resolve discrepancies

-Relationship management skills, with service provider oversight experience a bonus
