Audit Manager (SMEs) - Dublin, Ireland

Meraki Talent are currently hiring for an Audit Manager to join the expanding audit department of a global firm based in Dublin, Ireland as part of their long term growth plans.

Responsibilities of the Audit Manager

• Managing the team and coordinating a number of audits
• Managing audits from planning through to completion and sign off
• Reporting directly to partner on engagements
• Resolving issues with clients including fee negotiation and cash collection
• Delivery of technical training
• Main point of contact for clients
• Identifying opportunities to sell firms services to clients and maximise current relationships
• Sharing knowledge and experience with others including on the job training of junior team members
• Assisting the Partner with preparation of clients’ presentations

Requirements for the Audit Manager role

• Must be ACA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent) qualified
  Recent external audit experience at Manager level with a Big 4 or Top 10 firm
• Varied audit experience in a range of industries and clients (SME’s in particular)
• Competent at supervising and leading a team
• Strong market/commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
