Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit an experienced Audit Senior for a lucrative position with a leading CA firm in the Cayman Islands. People of the Cayman Islands are among the friendliest in the world. You will therefore find it easy to make friends and socialise. Once expats move here, they often spend most of their free time swimming, sailing or exploring the Island during the day.

In addition to the beautiful beaches the country has a fairly good nightlife because of its bars, restaurants, cinemas, shopping areas, and clubs. There is a large expat community in Cayman meaning that you’ll be offered lots of help and support to fit in when you first arrive and beyond. Being in a popular expat location will also allow you to build yourself a network of professional contacts on an international scale!

We welcome applications from qualified / newly qualified Audit Seniors with at least 3 years previous experience working within a BIG 4 environment with a FS client base. Applying candidates must also have fully completed their ACCA qualification (Or equivalent).

Duties and responsibilities of the Audit Senior;

  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Involvement in leading audits from planning stage to completion
  • Developing client relationships
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff
  • Working with a varied client base
  • Ensuring relationships are maintained to a high standard

Background required of the Audit Senior;

  • ACCA, CA, ICAEW, CPA qualified or equivalent 
  • Big 4 experience is essential
  • You should be an assertive individual, with strong management abilities
  • Extensive experience within Audit- 3 years+
  • Strong communication skills- both written and spoken
  • Strong ability to develop client relationships
