Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit an Audit Senior Manager to join the financial services (insurance) dept of a big 4 firm in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background with Insurance clients to join a well-established firm and working with an enviable client base.

This position is for an Audit Senior Manager to join the leading CA firm in Dublin. The firm itself has gone through exceptional growth and is now looking to add experienced staff to their audit dept. The position is focused on asset management clients.

Duties and responsibilities of the Audit Senior Manager

  • Working on a portfolio of clients within the Insurance sector
  • Reporting directly to the Director
  • Responsibility or involvement in the financial management of clients
  • Business development responsibilities including developing new and existing opportunities and relationships
  • Work proactively to develop project strategies to solve technical challenges for clients
  • Manage large projects
  • Develop the project team
  • Assess engagement risk
  • Reviewing work produced by engagement team
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and inline with expected quality
  • Training and mentoring teams

Background of the Audit Senior Manager

  • ACCA, CA, ICAEW, CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Big 4 experience is preferred
  • Extensive experience within Audit
  • Strong communication skills- both written and spoken
  • Strong ability to develop client relationships
