Meraki Talent has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to join a global banking institution in Southampton as a Business Analyst. The successful appointee will be responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management across a range of initiatives aligned to Operations and Technology.
  
Role Responsibilities:
  

  • Work closely with Technology department in the implementation and enhancement of a Fraud Detection tool
  • Define requirements management processes and design detailed business solutions and structures based on business requirements
  • Shape business requirements and solution designs that encompass all aspects of the delivery (customer, people, process, policy, technology)
  • Proactively seek opportunities to work collaboratively across different geographies
  • Anticipate issues and risks and act to mitigate these quickly
  • Act as an expert across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously, guiding the teams on their requirements gathering, design, change or implementation approach

  
Required Experience:
  

  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Consultant in Fraud, Financial Crime or Risk domains
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Technology teams and work closely with them on large scale initiatives
  • Delivery of implementation projects in financial services industry
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
