An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of Meraki Talent’s leading Asset Servicing clients to join their growing Investment Operations team in their Edinburgh office. The company are looking for a candidate with strong Cash Reconciliations or equivalent Asset Servicing experience to join them and lead the aggressively growing team. The client is looking for a true leader with excellent people management skills alongside the technical knowledge needed for the role. The successful candidate will have demonstrable people management experience delivering training, developing their team, recognising stars and reengaging those that need closer one to one attention on their careers.

Responsibilities of the Cash Reconciliations Manager (Investment Operations):
-Responsibility for the day to day running of the Cash Reconciliations team
-Resource/Workload allocation, delegation and oversight of the Reconciliations team
-Training, Development and Mentoring of the team
-Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Background of the Cash Reconciliations Manager (Investment Operations):
-Proven managerial experience within Financial Services
-Strong and demonstrable Middle Office experience within Investments
-Excellent people management skills with a passion for the development of others
-Experience within a Cash or Recs, Treasury or Accounts Receivable environment, preferable
