Meraki Talent are recruiting for client documentation analyst for a global investment firm in Edinburgh. The successful applicant will have previous work in a similar role, self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone with experience of handling legal documents with experience working within Financial Services.

Responsibilities of the Client Documentation Analyst:

  • Read and understand tri-partite relationships agreements
  • Source related documentation within the document repository
  • Navigation around a variety of tools, finding documents and important information and the ability to document these
  • Partnering with Client Contracting and Client Documentation to ensure any difficulties are accurately considered and the outcome is documented.
  • To cleanse client documentation filing/archiving of all agreements as per the investigations results.


Background of the Client Documentation Analyst:

  • Paralegal skills/law degree is beneficial
  • Proficient MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Quick learner and ability to independently manage your workload
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
