Meraki Talent’s leading Financial Services client is shortlisting for a Client Relations Executive to join their growing team in Edinburgh on a permeant basis. This role forms an integral part of the business’ strategy for continued growth, building and developing relationships with new and existing clients. The key requirements for this role is a track record for the provision of and a passion for exceptional client service delivery, striving to exceed expectations every time.

Responsibilities of the Client Relations Executive:

-Mange your own portfolio of business partners, building relationships and taking ownership of their accounts

-Facing off to and providing excellent service to both external and internal clients, ensuring that they are at the heart of everything you do

-Managing queries and service levels ensuring that best possible customer outcomes are achieved

-Having a focus on process improvement and supporting the design and implementation of new frameworks


Background of the Client Relations Executive:

-Pasion for service delivery and building strong and lasting relationships

-Experience working within a Fund Management, Asset Servicing or Platform business

-A good understanding of financial products, legislation and procedures
