Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Provide support & assistance to the Front Office
  • Log, maintain and respond to all enquiries and instructions in a timely manner (telephone, e-mail and memo)
  • Monitor, resolve, escalate outstanding aged queries
  • Focus on internal relationships between the front and back office
  • Log, maintain and respond to written client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the review of team tasks, identifying improvements with a view to enhancing client service
  • Maintain a robust control framework
  • Support management in the production of various MI, KPIs and KRIs
  • Organise workflow and allocate tasks within the team

Background of the Position:

  • Settlement operations experience gained within a financial institution, advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrable interest in financial services and in particular investment management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and basic level excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to those at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrate an ability to build and foster working relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
