Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Asset Management firm in Edinburgh looking for a client relationship manager to join their business on a 6-month contract. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is currently working or recently worked in a client facing role.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Officer:

  • To provide support to the Wholesale Distribution Team in the ongoing maintenance of relationships with fund distributors and platforms through the facilitation of client support, administrative, operational and regulatory oversight with an emphasis on Client Relationships and TCF
  • To manage the wholesale client take-on procedure through the evaluation and negotiation of new distribution arrangements and to review annually all current wholesale distribution agreements
  • Completion of DDQ as requested by the sales team
  • Establish and maintain high quality operational relationships with all key UK and European platforms and custodians to guarantee the delivery of a high-quality outcome for wholesale distributors and clients
  • Management of the take-on process for Wholesale Distributor relationships
  • Work closely with the key clients to guarantee that operational and regulatory requirements are monitored and recorded on FSA subjects such as TCF and RDR
  • Maintain all appropriate client information on the internal system to assist with the servicing of ongoing relationships

Experience of the Client Services Officer:

  • Experience of Client Service is essential
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to work well at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally
