Compliance Assurance Monitoring Analyst

Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a global life company seeking an experienced compliance professional to join them on an initial 6-month contract.


Responsibilities of the Compliance Assurance Monitoring Analyst:

  • Perform a range of 2nd line oversight reviews, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations such as COBS, CASS, Principles for Business, and Systems and controls
  • Monitor Non-advised calls of annuity sales and ISA's
  • Monitor complaints are being handled in the correct way
  • Transaction reporting
  • Reward and Remuneration reviews
  • T&C Reviews
  • Analysis of Rule Breaches, Complaints, Conduct


Background of the Compliance Assurance Monitoring Analyst:

  • Experience of conducting regulatory compliance monitoring reviews
  • Experience and knowledge of processes aligned to life assurance


Prior experience of a similar role within a life company is desirable.
