Meraki Talent’s client are shortlisting for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join their growing team in Edinburgh. The team manage the complete lifecycle of corporate events across all markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for both someone looking to broaden their experience within corporate actions.


Responsibilities of the Corporate Actions Analyst (Investment Management):

-Manage the lifecycle of corporate action events generating timely notifications and reflecting these in clients’ portfolios

-Interpret and cleanse corporate action data to ensure that all events are recorded

-Ensuring all potential class action proceeds are received and notifications are issued

-Liaising with fund managers to obtain decision and instructing custodian within deadlines


Background of the Corporate Actions Analyst (Investment Management):

-Experience of working in a corporate actions or income role

-Experience working within an investment management, third party administration, fund platform firm

-Strong experience of working within fund administration

-End to end corporate actions experience – desirable
