Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Trainer. This is an exciting newly created opportunity due to the significant expansion of our client, one of the UK's fastest growing law firms.

You will be self motivated, enthusiastic and supportive with demonstrable experience of designing and delivering classroom and desk based training to colleagues at all levels in a corporate environment. 

Please note travel and overnight stays in the UK will be required as part of this role.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer:

  • Create, develop and maintain training support material and guidelines
  • Deliver training courses, as required, across the firm
  • Track, follow up and report on training areas
  • Facilitate centrally delivered training courses, secure room booking and requirements, invite attendees, send course reminders and ensure course attendance
  • Collate and format all reporting for training updates, management meetings and communications
  • Act as key contact for all training related queries
  • Assisting with Ad-hoc project

Background of the Corporate Trainer:

  • Previous experience in a professional services company - essential 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills  - essential 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills  - essential 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills  - essential 
  • Confident and articulate and able to engage at all levels  - essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail  - essential 
  • The ability to work in and adapt to a changing environment  - essential 
  • Fully proficient in MS Office  - essential 
  • HR qualification - desirable 
  • Experience with digital dictation systems - desirable 
  • Legal Case Management system experience - desirable 
  • Experience of Time Recording systems - desirable 
  • Experience of Visual Files - desirable 
  • A genuine interest in the property, legal and financial industry, keeping up to date with current market trends - desirable
