Meraki Talent are actively looking for a CRM Business Analyst – Investment Management to work with one of their top tier fund management clients on a permanent basis. The CRM Business Analyst – Investment Management will be responsible for identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the change, capturing and documenting requirements and then ensuring that those requirements are delivered by whilst supporting the business through implementation.


Responsibilities of the CRM Business Analyst – Investment Management:


- Work with departments on effectiveness of current systems, working practices and encourage users to consider different ideas covering systems and non-systems solutions

- Work collaboratively with developers on requirements gatherings

- Facilitate testing, including assisting the business users in the creation of test plans

- Maintain focus throughout the life of the project on delivering business value and meeting the business requirements

- Create and maintain analysis and process documentation

- Facilitate workshops and training

- Organise project ceremonies, facilitating stand ups and other meetings when required


Background of the CRM Business Analyst – Investment Management


- Experience working within financial services is essential for this role

- Extensive experience working as a career Business Analyst

- The successful candidate must have either extensive experience working directly within institutional asset management or within another branch of financial services and have experience working on CRM related projects

- Experience working with Agile methodologies highly preferable

- Experience in facilitating workshops, delivering training and giving presentations preferable
