Delivery Lead (Asset Management)

Knowledge of Agile environments and teams with an understanding of programme level delivery timelines and objectives will be a key part of this role.



Some of the responsibilities of the Delivery Lead (Asset Management):


  • Lead for agile Technology teams aligned to Front Office Asset Classes delivering solutions integration
  • Management of team board on VSTS and day to day tasks within agile sprints
  • Adoption and continuation of Epics and Features framework
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify impediments and work within the organisation to remove them
  • Monitor and report on team deliverables to stakeholders and provide information for project level checkpoint meetings
  • Work closely with other Asset Class Technology leads to ensure efficient and aligned delivery
  • Ensure the priorities for sprints are understood by the team and support and communicate the sprint cycle across teams
  • Support technology teams and assist with administrative activities when required



The background of the Delivery Lead (Asset Management):


  • Experience leading Technology projects / change teams
  • Asset Management experience essential
  • Experience of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban and Lean) – ideally using VSTS/Azure DevOps
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills
  • A proven track record of delivery within a dynamic environment and working collaboratively with others
  • Technical knowledge and/or experience of application delivery and the development lifecycle
