Meraki Talent is recruiting for a Digital Projects Co-ordinator for a prestigious global asset manager based in Edinburgh. Working for this highly reputable company this role offers a fantastic opportunity to further expand and develop a career in digital marketing. Our client is looking for someone to join the digital marketing team to manage a number of project related tasks.   The ideal candidate will be ideas focused and able to continuously drive projects forward.  Initially, the Digital Projects Co-ordinator will run for a duration of 6 months with a strong potential of being extended. This role will offer a great company culture, fantastic experience, exposure to project management and training/support.

Key responsibilities of Digital Projects Co-ordinator:

  • Support the delivery of all ongoing projects
  • Liaising with senior level internal stakeholders 
  • Working closely with the sprint development team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Plan, manage and deploy new projects 
  • Keeping the team informed on all project updates, key milestones and in managing multiple key stakeholders across the marketing team
  • Providing training and support for any graduates or interns who join the team

Background of Digital Projects Co-ordinator:

  • Agile sprint process management
  • Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Digital Analytics  
  • Financial Services or Investments
  • Re-branding, Company acquisition and Microsites
  • Experience delivering digital projects
  • Project Management qualification (advantageous)
  • Stakeholder management
