Meraki Talent’s leading fund management client is actively looking for an Incident Management Analyst – Fund Management to work within their close and tight knit team. The Incident Management Analyst – Fund Management is responsible for supporting a large and dynamic inhouse platform which supports the most critical and business impacting incidents for the entire global business and its clients. The Incident Management Analyst – Fund Management will have a passion for technical troubleshooting and problem solving with a strong interest in learning new technologies.  Our client is looking for someone who can act as a central hub for issues, that can co-ordinate and thoroughly understand business critical incidents with an understanding of relative impact.  

 

Background of the Incident Management Analyst – Fund Management

 

  • Experience working within an incident management escalation capacity (at least 2nd/3rd line) across both software and hardware
  • A tech generalist. Someone with a wide and varied skillset
  • Very strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • but we’re particularly interested in meeting people with skills in some of the following: Strong Leadership, Data-driven Analysis
  • Linux experience would be highly desirable
  • Any knowledge of Splunk, Grafana and Tableau would also be desirable
  • Exposure to Cloud Platform providers such as AWS and Google is preferable but not essential

 

N.B. You will occasionally be required to work on call, be involved in day time shifts or work over the weekend at home (Weekend work is rotational and only once every eight weeks. Any on call and weekend work time worked is of course given back) In return you will receive an excellent salary, a fantastic bonus and package along with flexible working hours.
