Our client, a leading financial services business, is actively looking for an experienced Infrastructure / Network Analyst (Palo Alto) to work within their small tight knit team. The Infrastructure / Network Analyst (Palo Alto) is responsible for reviewing all areas of network services with a key focus on LAN, WAN & Telephony technologies and where required acts as an escalation point from the 3rd line. A business that heavily invests in tech, the Infrastructure / Network Analyst (Palo Alto) will have the opportunity in helping to deploy the newest Cisco tech, PAN-OS 9.0 and upgrade their unified comms proposition.  Due to the team size this would be an excellent role for someone looking for more breadth, responsibility and ownership in their role.


Responsibilities of the Infrastructure / Network Analyst (Palo Alto):


  • Maintaining and administer the network infrastructure
  • Ensure resilience and fault tolerance across the infrastructure
  • Provide project management as required
  • Support to end users as required
  • Take part in on call & shift rota


Background of the Infrastructure / Network Analyst (Palo Alto):


  • Experience using Palo Alto firewall essential
  • Good broad infrastructure / networking skillset essential for this role
  • Cisco routing and switching experience, Cisco Nexus products would be preferable but not essential
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications products preferable not essential
  • Experience with F5 products preferable not essential
  • Experience with Cisco Wireless technologies preferable not essential
