Institutional Operations Client Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will deal with inbound operational queries and must therefore have an all-round understanding of operations from trading through settlement, distributions and reconciliations.


Some of the duties will include:


  • Dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for multiple Institutional clients.
  • Daily monitoring of client liquidity.
  • Communicating with the various FNZ stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the business day as to the real time FNZ Institutional cash flow status.
  • Deal with all operational queries.
  • Production of monthly MI packs.
  • Meet with Service Delivery team to discuss adherence to SLA and KPIs.


Background of the successful candidate:


  • Working knowledge of dealing/settlement/custody is essential.
  • Previous experience of providing client service to Stock Brokers, Wealth Managers or Private Banks
  • Experience of working in Transfer Agency would be highly beneficial
  • Working towards or have achieved the IOC qualification
