Our fantastic client is looking for a driven 2nd Line technical support specialist to start straight away on a short term contract.
The successful applicant will have:
* The ability to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently whilst maintaining a high degree of customer service.
* Solid background in MS based operating systems - pref Windows 10 or Server 2012 r2
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Networking Experience (LAN, Wi-Fi etc)
* Office 365
Preferably immediately available.
