Meraki Talent are looking to recruit a Legal Services Manager for a leading professional services firm based in Zurich to reinforce and grow their legal team. You will be part of an international network working on an exciting, wide range of legal projects for SMEs, international corporations, public institutions and private clients.

Responsibilities of Lawyer:

  • Responsible for the Swiss and international clients in the legal services business line
  • Manage new and existing clients in all of Switzerland in coordination with the tax department
  • Have a focus in M&A and commercial transactions which include the creation, review and negotiation of various types of contracts such as asset transfer, shareholder, service, advisory and employment
  • Work closely with teams from transaction services, tax, advisory, accounting and audit to ensure the most efficient outcome

Requirements of Lawyer

  • Degree in Law / registered lawyer
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a law firm / legal services in consulting firm
  • Experience in M&A and commercial law
  • Advanced knowledge of the Swiss law
  • Fluent in German and English, French advantageous
