Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a Legal administrator, to join a well-established legal firm in Edinburgh City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to kick start their Legal Career and get practice experience. Offering support to the wider business team, the ideal candidate will enjoy undertaking a varied workload and be excited about the prospect of progression and training opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Legal Administrator:

  • Archiving and filing legal documents
  • Maintaining meeting rooms presentation
  • Cover the phones for reception and switchboard
  • Assisting with ingoing and outgoing mail
  • Preparation of documents for partners and clients
  • Administrative tasks including filing, scanning and printing
  • Assist with other administrative tasks

Background of the Legal Administrator:

  • Previous Legal experience - desired
  • Accustomed to working with templates
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
