As part of a significant investment in further growing the firms M&A practice, and to capitalize on recent momentum and deal flow, they have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious Manager or Senior Manager within Corporate Finance, M&A.

Duties of the corporate finance Manager/Senior Manager:

  • Being a driving force in the successful completion of a wide range of deals, including acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings;
  • Project management of all aspects of a transaction, including liaison with vendors, bidders and other stakeholders;
  • Taking ownership of deal marketing materials;
  • Leading the preparation and review of valuation materials and financial models;
  • Providing input into the negotiation of key transaction terms;
  • Guiding and coaching junior team members; and
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and future clients and with our international network.

Requirements of corporate finance Manager/Senior Manager:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Mergers & Acquisitions environment, preferably in a lead M&A advisory role;
  • Executed significant M&A transactions, both buy side and sell side;
  • Strong commercial acumen as well as financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills;
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing transaction opportunities;
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to mentor teams and produce outstanding results for our clients;
  • Fluent in English and have strong report writing skills.
