Meraki Talent is pleased to be working with a leading professional Services firm to recruit a number of Marketing & Business Development Assistants to support their activity on a global basis.

Joining at an exciting time in the firm’s development, these roles offer a fantastic opportunity for those with administrative experience, looking to gain exposure to a Marketing & Business Development function. Working with some talented colleagues both in person and globally, you will be playing a key part in the success of the business. Roles will be on an initial 12-month FTC with potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities of the Marketing & BD Assistants:

  • Providing high-quality business development administration support to the team
  • Supporting the co-ordination of firm’s legal directories and awards submissions
  • Maintaining central contact list
  • Co-ordinating meetings with editors and gaining feedback
  • Tracking researcher appointments
  • Circulating key information to various teams in the department
  • Maintaining CRM

Background of the Marketing & BD Assistants:

  • Previous Marketing/BD experience would be great, but a desire to get into this field is also considered
  • Proven office experience gained within a busy team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Can work with external providers/vendors
  • Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload – in order to complete projects on time
  • Team player
