Meraki Talent's private sector client has a requirement for an MI Analyst to join their growing team.
The overall purpose of the job is to build and provide all levels of reporting of call centre management information to operational management and contact centre teams according to deadlines, adding supporting commentary and analysis.
You will provide technical support to our Operations, Claims and other departments, including when necessary the design, implementation and maintenance of databases and reporting tools using Microsoft applications.
