Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator, on behalf of our client, a highly regarded consultancy based within walking distance from Princes Street.  Working for this successful friendly Scottish based firm, the main focus for this role will include providing administration support to the Senior Partners, Office Manager,  wider team and covering reception.  A busy role, this is most suited to a candidate who has previous administration/office coordination experience, is looking for a varied workload and enjoys interacting with senior management and clients on a regular basis.  This is a full time role, 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and in return our client Is offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Diary management for the Senior Partners and Office Manager
  • Stationery management
  • Covering annual leave and undertaking the Office Manager role
  • Organising a range of Events
  • Meeting and greet all visitors
  • Setting up and tidying of meeting rooms
  • Taking and transferring all calls
  • Managing the room booking system
  • Management of the clients CRM database ensuring it is up to date at all times
  • Responsible for ensuring public areas and the meeting room are kept clean and tidy
  • Responsible for keeping the holiday chart up to date
  • Assisting will other ad hoc duties

Background of the Office Coordinator:

  • Proven and up to date administration/PA/Secretarial experience
  • Organising events of all sizes
  • Diary management
  • Experienced in using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and database systems – essential
  • Fast accurate copy typing speeds
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • Good sense of humour
  • Warm and welcoming
