Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Team PA, on behalf of our client, a highly regarded asset manager based in the city centre.  This new position that has been created to meet the demands of an every growing department therefore offers a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who prides themselves on being a fast learner and excited about establishing a new role. This role requires a PA who enjoys forward planning, prioritising their own workload, working under own initiative and confident in being able to define own role.  A key focus of this role will include minute taking for Board/team and committee meetings and undertaking diary management for senior managers. In return our client offers a highly competitive salary, benefits and bonus package along with a 35 hour week.

Responsibilities of the Team PA:

  • Providing direct PA support to the Head of department
  • Coordinating board/committee and team meetings including preparing board pack and taking minutes during the meetings
  • Diary management for the team
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders in relation to organising high level meetings
  • Providing support to department focus groups in relation to new workflow processes and how well they are working
  • Monitoring workflow processes and providing support for all improvements
  • Identifying tasks that can be carried out for team members

 Background of the Team PA:

  • Proven Team PA experience gained within a fast paced corporate office environment
  • Experience of coordinating Board & Committee level meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Diary management
  • Highly organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Expert user of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
