PA to Executive

Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled PA, on behalf of our client, a prestigious UK wide professional services firms headquartered in Edinburgh city centre.  This role will be most suited to a career PA who is accomplished in providing executive level support.  Supporting the executive will require a PA who can work under their own initiative, maintain confidentiality, juggle a variety of complex demands, undertake both copy and audio typing and acting as the main point of contact for all calls/queries.  This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who has solid and up to date PA experience supporting at executive level and accustomed to working within a fast paced, highly pressured environment.

Responsibilities of the PA:

  • Extensive diary management for the Executive
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Collating data, producing meeting packs, reports and correspondence
  • Managing all call queries on behalf of the Executive
  • Copy and audio typing or correspondence and templated documents
  • Organising meetings including coordinating attendees/meeting packs and minute taking when required
  • Organising travel arrangements and producing detailed itineraries
  • Providing reception cover as an when required
  • Ensuring the file management system is kept updated
  • Assisting with a range of ad hoc administration support duties as and when requested

 Background of the PA:

  • Recent and up to date PA experience supporting at Executive level ideally within the professional services sector
  • Extensive diary management
  • Experience of organising travel
  • Experienced in managing confidential & sensitive information
  • Fast and accurate copy & audio typing speeds
  • Minute taking
  • MS Office Suite
  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced high pressure environment
  • Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
