Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled PA, on behalf of our client, a highly regarded global asset manager with offices in London City (close to St Paul's). This is for an initial period of 6 months with the potential of being extended to 12 months. The main focus will be providing Team PA support the Global Head and wider Investment Management team on a daily basis.  The role will be varied, incredibly fast paced and offer a fantastic opportunity for a PA looking for a challenging role within the asset management arena.

Responsibilities of the PA to Global Head & Team

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising meetings both internal and external including global conference/video conference calls
  • Acting as the main point of contact and building relations with key stakeholders
  • Undertake cover for fellow support staff when required
  • Organising extensive global travel, accommodation, travel visas and producing detailed travel itineraries
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations for meetings
  • Updating SharePoint
  • Organising team meetings, training, events and team away days
  • Processing expenses, invoices and purchase orders
  • Inbox management

Background of the PA to Global Head & Team:

  • Up to date PA experience ideally gained within the financial services arena
  • Extensive diary management
  • Experience of coordinating International travel
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook & SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
