Meraki Talent are looking for a Payroll Administrator on behalf of a bureau in Edinburgh. You would be joining a busy Payroll Bureau and would be responsible for your own varied portfolio of clients. You must have the technical knowledge to provide an end-to-end payroll service and experience of liaising with clients and candidates to help provide a high quality and reliable service.


Duties of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly Payrolls
  • Completing payroll reviews to spot issues and resolve them
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Carrying out end-to-end payroll services including Pension Auto-enrolment

Background of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Similar experience in a Payroll Bureau working with a varied portfolio
  • Techinical knowledge of running complex payrolls
  • Strong Excel skills to produce reports, calculations and analysis
  • Proven communication skills and ability to show initiative
