Policy Framework Manager

Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a global financial services client seeking an experienced risk and compliance policy professional to ensure that the existing framework is fit for purpose within an ongoing Risk & Compliance transformation programme across the firm.


Responsibilities of the Policy Framework Manager:

  • Review, design and standardise the existing policy framework.
  • Create and execute a plan to successfully implement the new policy framework
  • Coordinate changes to policies with policy owners including board approval


Background of the Policy Framework Manager:

  • Experienced risk / compliance professional with relevant experience reviewing and designing policy frameworks within financial services
  • Extensive experience of current and emerging regulatory compliance and risk


Prior experience of a similar role within asset management and platform markets is desirable.
