Meraki Talent has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to join an established banking institution in London as a Product Owner for their Post Trade Regulatory Reporting. The successful appointee will join an established Business Transformation team focused on innovating Regulatory Reporting and platform change to transform Post Trade stakeholder and customer experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the realisation of the bank’s vision across a complex product / IT landscape
  • Drive delivery of the end-to-end customer journey
  • Support team to build, refine and prioritise the product backlog
  • Contribute to business strategy, product strategy and IT strategy
  • Seek out and consider the voice of the customer when defining team priorities and output
  • Guarantee the quality of releases and ensure the product meets accepted standards

Required Experience:

  • Ability to create a product vision and define work to be carried out
  • Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change in banking
  • Proven experience in strategic and large transformations
  • Subject matter expertise in Regulatory Reporting, Post Trade processes and the broader Markets business
  • Ability to influence alignment across the organisation
  • Experience of building a high calibre team that attracts and retains talent
