Meraki Talent are looking for an experienced part-time Purchase Ledger clerk for a permanent position in Edinburgh. The client can offer a full-time equivalent salary of £19,000 per annum with a flexible working schedule, 22.5 hours a week.

 

The duties of the Purchase Ledger Assistant:

  • Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and bank accounts
  • Calculation of recharges and raising sales invoices
  • Preparation of monthly aged debtors’ reports
  • Processing online banking payments

The background of the Purchase Ledger Assistant:

  • 1year+ experience working in a similar role
  • An intermediate user of Excel
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics would be a distinct advantage
