Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Reception Administrator on behalf of our client, a highly regarded boutique wealth management company based in the city centre.  Joining a small and friendly office, this is a standalone role and provides full reception, administration and PA support.  The ideal candidate will be looking to undertake a varied reception role which includes covering reception, booking travel arrangements, managing diaries, compiling info & preparing reports using MS Office Suite. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly successful company and undertake a varied role.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Responsibilities of the Reception Administrator:

  • Meeting and greet all visitors
  • Taking and transferring all calls
  • Booking meeting rooms, setting up and organising catering
  • Providing PA support to the Director
  • Organising staff travel and client events
  • Organising catering  for client lunches
  • Undertaking administration projects on behalf of the marketing department
  • Distributing mail
  • Stationary management
  • Compiling information and preparing reports using MS Office Suite
  • Responsible for ensuring the reception and meeting room areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration duties as and when required

Background of the Reception Administrator:

  • Recent and up to date Reception and administration experience 
  • Preparation of reports and documents using MS Office Suite
  • Diary management
  • Organising travel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to build relationships with visitors and colleagues
