Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious asset management client building a dedicated team to support regulatory change across the business relating to the implementation of SMCR policy across the business.

 

The role will work in a small, newly created team responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders impacted by the changing regulations around the Senior Manager & Certification Regime.

 

Responsibilities of the Regulatory Project Analyst - SMCR:

  • Proactively engage with the SMCR population and provide guidance and advice where required.
  • Oversee SMCR requirements and response to meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Maintain regulatory records and deal with the prompt management of any queries
  • Maintain SMCR documentation and relevant SMF and Certification Guides.
  • Provide training around the implications of SMCR

 

Background of the Regulatory Project Analyst - SMCR:

  • Experience across compliance, HR or governance roles
  • Prior experience in delivering regulatory projects
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of an international financial services firm
