Risk Oversight Lead – Integration / Change Risk

Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a global financial services client seeking an experienced change risk professional to lead the risk oversight responsibilities as the organisation goes through a state of transition relating to their target operating model and related risk frameworks.


Responsibilities of the Risk Oversight Lead:

  • Develop and implement an effective risk management framework
  • Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of interim and end state controls
  • Work with programmes to develop Key Risk Indicators which can be reviewed for coverage and effectiveness
  • Engage with other Risk and Compliance teams to ensure provision of appropriate subject matter expertise and guidance to the work streams


Background of the Risk Oversight Lead:

  • Excellent practical understanding and experience of risk management frameworks, particularly within Asset Management
  • Comfortable working autonomously and with a strong focus on delivery of outcomes
  • Recognised for driving effective management action to risk issues either from a first line or second line perspective


Prior experience of a similar role within asset management and platform markets is desirable.
