Risk Oversight Lead – IT Integration / Change Risk

Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a global financial services client seeking an experienced IT change professional to lead the risk oversight responsibilities as the organisation goes through a state of transition of their target operating model and related risk frameworks.


Responsibilities of the IT Integration Risk Oversight Lead:

  • Develop and implement an effective risk management framework in relation to IT change / system separation / system decommissioning
  • Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of interim and end state controls
  • Work with programmes to develop Key Risk Indicators which can be reviewed for coverage and effectiveness, identifying, red and/or amber conditions and ‘path to green’ actions;


Background of the IT Integration Risk Oversight Lead:

  • Excellent practical understanding and experience of IT risk management frameworks
  • Comfortable working autonomously and with a strong focus on delivery of outcomes
  • Recognised for driving effective management action to risk issues either from a first line or second line perspective


Prior experience of a similar role within asset management or platform markets is desirable.
