Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for a skilled Secretary on a 3 month temporary basis, on behalf of our client, a prestigious global investment house based in the city centre.  This role will be most suited to a Secretary who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, has experience of managing multiple tasks and diary management. Out client is looking for a secretary to start ASAP therefore only candidates who match the full brief and available on a maximum of 1 weeks’ notice will be considered.  Hours for this post are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Please note the offer will be subject to passing a credit check and basic disclosure.

Responsibilities of the Secretary:

  • Diary management for managers and supporting teams
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Collating data and producing meeting packs
  • Producing regular Management Information reports as and when requested
  • Organising travel arrangements and producing detailed itineraries
  • Stationery management
  • Processing expenses
  • Assisting with a range of ad hoc administration support duties as and when requested

Background of the Secretary:

  • Recent and up to date Team Secretarial experience
  • High volume of diary management supporting multiply managers
  • Experienced in managing confidential & sensitive information
  • MS Office Suite
  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced high pressure environment
  • Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
