Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit a Senior Client Administrator to join a leading professional services firm in Luxembourg. Duties and responsibilities of the Senior Client Administrator

  • Reporting to the Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Administration and bookkeeping tasks
  • Proactively developing strong work relationships with advisors and clients
  • Conversing with and meeting with clients and their representatives;
  • Enthusiastically solving problems and coming up with solutions when required
  • Maintenance of accounting records
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Organise and facilitate the audit of financial statements
  • Prepare for annual shareholders meetings
  • Review deliverables prepared by Client Administrators
  • Supervisory duties over client administrators including being responsible for delegating work and offering guidance where appropriate
  • Always ensuring work is carried out in accordance with Compliance and AML rules
  • Act as a Client Entity Manager

 Background of the Accounting Policy Specialist

  • 5 years+ experience in a trust company
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of German, French or Luxembourgish is an asset.
